he Uglies hoverboard project was a very fun and creative experience. However, there were many challenges that I came across during the planning process for this assignment. My biggest challenge was definitely during the drawing phase; I could not draw the specific shape that I wanted my board to have. I probably made at least 20 attempts at creating the perfect shape before I was satisfied with how it looked. Another challenge I had was cutting out the correct shape from the cardboard; I needed three matching pieces. These pieces were glued together to provide strength and mass to the model. Lastly, another challenge I had was threading the fishing line through my hoverboard. I used a small screwdriver to puncture a hole in both ends of the board in order to get the fishing line through the hole. This part was very tedious due to the fact that I had to keep my hand steady to insert the fishing line at the right angl
